Dominos

            Today me and my wife Ashley went to the domino's that we normally order out from. And when I say normally I mean exclusively. On the way over there it was kind of a drag because, the weather was really crappy and we both had so many other things we needed to be doing. I went with my Wife because, we both needed something to eat before she went to pick up our son and, I had to take off to coach practice.

           I would definitely the stores location it self is very good. It is right off of one of the busiest streets in the city while also being very accessible. I must say though upon entry into the store I was taken back by how small and confined it was in the store. There was not very much room to order your food, never mind if you wanted to try to sit and eat your food there. I must say though the service was good, even though it was very busy. The whole carry out thing for whatever reason is very awkward for someone who primarily orders out. I am not sure if it is because our schedule is so hectic or because we live in a era of instant satisfaction.
           
           

            Things in the store itself were very busy. I noticed that every one had a certain stationed that they maned. Even though every one kind of helped each other they really only concentrated on that one station. One person maned the register and phones, another maned that pizza station, another maned the oven, and then one person took care of the deliveries. I would say that it differs from resteraunts in a couple different ways. First would be the mood or vibe in which you feel. I guess people assume you have more time if you get carry out from a resteraunt and therefore are likely to be more friendly. Also resteraunts have more people actually come in, sit down and eat there. Where as at a place like domino's they are all carry out or delivery so the vibe is really all buisness.
               I think that the brand somewhart gets me and people like me because of the fact that everything is so fast paced. I guess you could say I feel the same way as I did before this blog about the brand. Which is it is there for conveinence and not necessarily for taste. I would have to say that food was moderate to good. I am not sure if that was because they were so busy or becuase, they just had an off night. The presentation is always good but, then again it's kind of hard to make pizza look inedible.The things I orderd was a small cheese pizza, a fourteen piece boneless chicken wing, and a buffalo chicken toasted sandwich. I thought that the sandwich would be really good but, sadly i was disapointed. The order was for me, my wife and my son. After we got the food we took it home because it was the easiest place to eat. It was recieved well by everyone besides my wife who did not like her sandwich. Overall though it was a good experience and a good night.
